At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 January 2009, it was resolved to wind up KSK Emerging India Energy Fund Limited (the Company) voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008.

The members also resolved to appoint James Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Guernsey and Richard White of Grant Thornton UK LLP as the Company's joint liquidators.
